Not everyone wants to sit in a town with a kiosk open while their character earns nothing. The Consignment Shop is Rohan's NPC-run marketplace that handles sales for you — even when you are offline. You list an item, pay a small fee, and come back later to collect your crones.
Where to Find the Consignment Shop NPC
A Consignment Shop NPC is located in each major town across all race starting areas. Look for them near the market or trade district of the town. Interact with the NPC to open the consignment interface.

Fee and Time Limits
- Fee: 5% of your listed sale price, deducted automatically when the listing is created. You do not get this back if the item does not sell.
- Sale period: Fixed at 24 hours. You cannot extend or shorten this window.
- Max listings: Up to 30 items per character at one time.
The 7-Day Storage Warning
When a sale completes or expires, the item (or the crones from a successful sale) is moved to your Storage. This is not your regular Inventory — it is a separate holding area. Items and crones stored here are automatically deleted after 7 days if you do not retrieve them. Make a habit of checking your Storage regularly, especially after listing batches of items.
Cancelling a Listing
If you change your mind before the 24 hours are up, select the listing and click Cancel Sale. The item is returned to your Storage (not directly to your Inventory), so visit the Storage NPC to get it back.
How Buyers Search Consignment Listings
Buyers can filter listings by item name, seller name, item level, item rank, and item type. Pricing items competitively against similar listings will get them sold faster.

Q: Can I change the sale price after listing?
A: No. Once an item is listed the price is locked for the full 24-hour period. Cancel the listing and relist at the new price if you need to adjust — but you will pay the 5% fee again.
Q: Where does the money go when my item sells?
A: Crones go to your Storage, not your wallet. You must visit a Storage NPC or the Treasurer NPC to retrieve them. If you do not collect within 7 days the crones are permanently deleted.
Q: Does consignment work while I am offline?
A: Yes. This is the main advantage over a Seller's Kiosk. Your listing stays active for the full 24-hour period regardless of whether you are logged in.
