R.O.H.A.N.: Eternal Vengeance offers several premium character modification services beyond Race Change. Gender Change, Transcendence Stat Change, and Name Change each have different requirements, restrictions, and processing steps — know what you are getting into before purchasing.
Service 1 — Gender Change
Processed at: rev.playrohan.com/itemMall/ServiceChangeGender — requires character seal.
Seal → Submit request → Confirm on website (real-time) → Unseal → Run game.
Your character's appearance switches to the default look of the target gender for your race — you cannot customize the new look. All equipped items stay in their slots. Trinity characters cannot use this service.
Service 2 — Transcendence Stat Change
Processed at: rev.playrohan.com/itemMall/ServiceChangeStat — requires character seal.
Seal → Submit request → Confirm on website (real-time) → Unseal → Run game.
Modifies your character's Transcendence Stats. Requires an already-transcended character. You cannot pick the same stat twice, and you cannot swap two stats that currently share identical values.
Service 3 — Name Change
Processed via: support.playwithi.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit — no seal required.
Purchase the Change Character Name — Service Ticket from the Item Mall, then submit a ticket with: Account ID, current character name, email address, secret question and answer, and at least 5 nickname options (Naming Policy compliant). The support team picks the first available name from your list.
Friend list and Venge list are not deleted. Your Blocklist is updated with the new name automatically. Name Change is non-refundable once processed.

Q: Can I use the Transcendence Stat service if I haven't transcended yet?
