Before you can use most of Rohan's premium character modification services, your character must be sealed. Sealing temporarily locks the character so a modification can be safely applied — and a handful of conditions will block it if not cleared first.
What Is Character Sealing?
Sealing temporarily locks a character so the game's backend can safely apply a modification — such as a race change, gender change, or Transcendence Stat change. While sealed, the character cannot log into the game. You unseal through the website once the service is complete.
Sealing is required for Service 1 (Gender Change), Service 2 (Race Change), and Service 3 (Transcendence Stat). The Name Change service (Service 4) does not require sealing.
How to Seal Your Character
- Log into the character you want to seal.
- Move all crones from your character to storage (the bank).
- Unequip your main weapon and offhand slot — both must be empty.
- Make sure you have extra inventory space (required for race and gender changes).
- Return to the Character Selection Screen.
- Select your character and click the SEAL button in the bottom-right corner.
WARNING: Do not Delete any items from your inventory during this process. Deleted items will not be restored under any circumstances.
Conditions That Block Sealing
You cannot seal a character if any of the following apply:
