Origin of Transcendence — Item Types Explained (+1 to +15)

The Origin of Transcendence comes in 15 variations (+1 through +15). The number determines whether your stat distribution is random or perfectly controlled.

Origin Types at a Glance

Origin Variant Stat Type How Points Are Distributed
+1 through +14 Random Stats Confirms at least X points to chosen stat; remaining points scatter randomly across all stats
+15 Perfect Stats All points go entirely to your chosen stat — no randomness

Random Stats (Origin +1 to +14)

When you use an Origin +10 on STR, for example, you are guaranteed at least +10 to STR. The remaining stat points will be distributed randomly between STR and the other five stats. The exact spread is unpredictable each time.

This means you still benefit from a minimum guaranteed boost, but you can't control where the rest of your points land.

Perfect Stats (Origin +15)

Using an Origin +15 on STR guarantees all +15 points go directly to STR — nothing is wasted on other stats. This is the most efficient and most desirable version of the item.

Which Should You Use?

  • Origin +15 is best when you know exactly which stat your build needs.
  • Origin +1 to +14 are useful when any stat improvement is fine, or when +15 is unavailable.

Quick Tips

  • You can use any Origin variant — the stat you "insert" it into determines which stat receives the confirmed minimum.
  • Using lower-value Origins is still progression — every 10 applications earns +1 ULVL regardless of which variant you use.
  • The +15 Origin is harder to obtain and likely rarer — save it for your priority stat.

FAQ

What does "confirm stat" mean?
It means the minimum guaranteed points to your chosen stat. Origin +10 confirms at least 10 to your selected stat; Origin +15 confirms all 15 perfectly.

Can I use Origin +15 on any stat?
Yes — STR, DEX, INT, VIT, AGI, or PSY. You choose which stat slot to insert it into via the Transcendence Stat menu with NPC Bella.

Do lower Origins (+1 to +5) still give ULVL progress?
Yes. Every application counts toward ULVL regardless of which Origin variant you use.

Where do I get Origin of Transcendence items?
They drop from mobs in Corrupt Hero Hall Dungeon and from Time Jewel Boxes.
