Guild Treasury (Bank) Guide — Safe Access Rules in Rohan Online

The Guild Treasury in R.O.H.A.N.: Eternal Vengeance is a shared storage system with 12 separate safes, each with different deposit, visibility, and withdrawal rules. Understanding these access rules prevents confusion about why you cannot see items you deposited or why certain safes are locked.

Accessing the Treasury

The Treasury is accessed through the Guild Manage tab (G key → Guild Manage). You will see 12 safes arranged in two columns: Safe 1 through Safe 12.

Safe Access Rules

Safe Who Can Deposit Who Can See / Withdraw
Safe 1 All guild members All guild members (deposit + visible to everyone)
Safe 2 All guild members Members may not see all contents (visibility limited)
Safe 3–9 All guild members Only members whose rank matches or exceeds the safe number
Safe 10 All guild members Guild Master only
Safe 11 All guild members Guild Master only
Safe 12 All guild members Guild Master only

Detailed Safe Explanations

Safe 1 — Fully Public
Items deposited in Safe 1 are visible to every guild member, regardless of rank. This is the communal safe — use it for sharing materials, consumables, or items you want all members to access freely.

Safe 2 — Deposit-Public, View-Private
All members can deposit items into Safe 2, but visibility is not guaranteed for all members. If you deposit an item and it appears in a "green slot," that slot was already occupied by another member's deposit (including the Guild Master's). Other members may see their own deposits but not necessarily yours.

Safes 3–9 — Rank-Gated
These safes unlock progressively based on a member's personal guild rank and the guild's overall rank. A member of rank 5 can see and access the contents of safes up to Safe 5. Higher-ranked members see progressively more safes.

  • Safe 3 → accessible to rank 3+ members
  • Safe 4 → accessible to rank 4+ members
  • ...and so on up to Safe 9

Achieving higher guild ranks (by recruiting more members) unlocks these safes for the guild. Individual member rank determines which safes they personally can view.

Safes 10, 11, 12 — Guild Master Only
Despite all members being able to deposit items into these safes, only the Guild Master can see or withdraw from Safes 10, 11, and 12. Use these safes for storing valuable items, guild funds, or items earmarked for specific future use — only the GM has full access.

Who Can Withdraw?

The only member who can withdraw from any safe is the Guild Master. Regular members can deposit items but cannot take anything out of the treasury. This is an important distinction — the treasury is a one-way deposit system for members, and the GM acts as the sole treasurer.

Guild Points

The bottom of the Treasury panel shows Guild Points — the shared currency pool used to purchase guild skills. Guild Points are accumulated through member activity and are separate from Crones. The Crone search function in the treasury panel lets you locate which safe contains a specific item by name.

Quick Tips

  • If you deposit an item and cannot see it in Safe 2, it is still there — it's just not visible to you in that safe's layout. The Inbox log will confirm the deposit.
  • Use Safe 1 for materials the whole guild needs (e.g., Skill Enhancement Stones for recruitment quests).
  • Reserve Safes 10–12 for high-value items the Guild Master wants to safeguard — these are effectively a GM-only vault.
  • The green-slot visibility issue in Safe 2 is a UI limitation, not a bug. Items deposited by others fill the green-highlighted positions.

FAQ

Q: Can I take items back that I deposited in the treasury?
A: No. Only the Guild Master can withdraw items from the treasury. Once you deposit an item, it belongs to the guild and only the GM can retrieve it.

Q: Why can't I see the items I just put in Safe 2?
A: Safe 2 has limited visibility per member. The green slots shown in Safe 2 are occupied by other members' (including the GM's) deposits. Your item is still in Safe 2 — the Inbox log confirms what was deposited and when.

Q: How do I unlock Safe 5 for my members?
A: Both the guild's overall rank and the individual member's rank must reach 5. Raise the guild rank by recruiting more members; member ranks are assigned by the Guild Master through the guild management interface.

Q: Can the Guild Master give another member withdrawal access?
A: No. Treasury withdrawal is exclusively the Guild Master's privilege and cannot be delegated to other members in the current system.

Final Thoughts

The Treasury rewards guilds with clear internal policies. Assign Safe 1 as the communal drop zone for shared materials, and reserve Safes 10–12 exclusively for high-value items the Guild Master controls directly. Make the Inbox deposit log a regular habit — it lets you recognise top contributors and catch any unusual activity before it becomes a problem.
