Chaos Update Overview: New Maps & Monster Zones

The Chaos Update adds three new invasion zones to R.O.H.A.N.: Eternal Vengeance, all set in the enigmatic land of Ronelia. Monsters here are the most powerful in the game — 2x to 4x stronger than Kallistia monsters — with high HP Absorption resistance. All new mobs are level 224+.

New Maps

Map Zone Notes
(Chaos) Ronelia Zone 1 & 2 Open field with Insurgent and Imperial units
(Chaos) Ronelia Castle Zone – Royal Guard and Priest-type enemies
(Chaos) Ronelia Dungeon Zone – Gargoyle and Specter-type bosses

Why Come Here?

Every monster in all three maps drops the materials you need for Chaos Equipment — the new tier above Celestial gear. Key drops include Ronelia's Grudge, Ronelia's Soul, Chaos Fragment, Relic Enhancement Stone, Death Crystal, and rare [Rare] Relic Pieces.

Drop order is highest to lowest chance. The rarest drop across all zones is the Sealed Ronelia's Will, used for the new Ronelia's Will Talisman.

Quick Tips

  • Come prepared — these mobs hit hard and absorb a significant portion of HP damage
  • Bring a full party for efficient farming, especially in Ronelia Castle and the Dungeon
  • Drops are the same across all four zones; the dungeon just has harder but potentially faster-clearing mob packs
  • You can enter from any level, but your gear needs to be endgame (Celestial+) to survive

FAQ

Q: What level do I need to farm Chaos Ronelia?
A: There's no level gate listed, but monsters are 224+ and extremely tough — bring your best Celestial gear minimum.

Q: What's the difference between Zone 1 and Zone 2 in Chaos Ronelia?
A: Zone 2 has Imperial-type mobs replacing the Insurgent types from Zone 1, but drops are identical.

Q: Do Chaos maps have a dungeon entry limit?
A: The guide does not specify a daily limit for the open maps; the dungeon follows standard dungeon entry rules.

Q: Can I solo farm here?
A: Possible at endgame, but the HP Absorption resistance mechanic makes it slow. Party play is recommended.
