Once you've crafted the Transcendental Eye Patch and Ornament, you can push them from level 0 up to level 12 at NPC Marche <Master of Talisman> in Fishing Hole. Each level increases the item's stats directly.
How the Upgrade Works
You use the Seal Enhancement interface at NPC Marche, registering the item in the Seal Registration slot and supplying the required materials:
- Count's Spirit — "used to enhance the Transcendental Decoration." Obtainable from the IP Mall via NPC Talgath. Tradeable.
- Advanced Seal Upgrade Stone — "You can strengthen various Talismans through NPC Marche." Obtainable through the Vengeful Scratch Event. Tradeable.
This enhancement method has a chance of failure. When it fails, it maintains its level — you don't lose progress on a failed attempt, just the materials spent on that try.

- Skill Defense (Ornament) and Skill Attack (Eye Patch) stay flat at 25% across all levels — only the flat stats scale up.
