Origin of Transcendence Guide: How to Combine and Upgrade

Curated from the Rohan community · Published June 14, 2026

The Origin of Transcendence is an upgradeable item in Rohan Online that follows a simple but effective pairing system through the Recycle System. Here's how it works.

The Combine Recipes

Each step pairs two copies of the same level to potentially produce a higher level. All outputs are tradeable.

Step 1: +1 → +2

Origin of Transcendence (+1) + Origin of Transcendence (+1)
= Origin of Transcendence (+1 ~ +2) [tradable]

Step 2: +2 → +3

Origin of Transcendence (+2) + Origin of Transcendence (+2)
= Origin of Transcendence (+2 ~ +3) [tradable]

What to Know

  • Results have a range — combining two +1 items doesn't guarantee a +2. You might get another +1. Same applies at the +2 → +3 step.
  • Both inputs are the same level — you can't mix +1 and +2 in a single recipe.
  • All outputs are tradeable — buy, sell, or trade at any level.
  • The Recycle System never fully fails — you always get an item back, but it may not advance.

Efficient Approach

Since results within the range are RNG, budget for extra copies at each level as a buffer. If you're aiming for +3, have more than just 4× (+1) on hand — failed advances mean you'll need to retry.

Quick Tips

  • Stock up on +1 copies first before chaining combines — you may need several to reach +3.
  • All results are tradeable, so any extras you produce can be sold.
  • No additional materials are needed beyond two copies of the same level — no stones or scrolls required.
