Igniel Armor Change Ticket — Attack vs Defense Swap Guide
The Transcendence Igniel Armor Change Ticket lets you swap a Transcended Igniel armor piece between its Attack (A) and Defense (D) variants. You can change an Attack piece to Defense, or a Defense piece to Attack. Reinforce and enhancement levels stay on the piece. Spirit stones and refine levels are permanently lost.
There is no equivalent ticket for the Igniel off-hand (Shield or Guarder). That type cannot be changed after conversion.
What Transfers and What Is Lost
| Stat | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Reinforce level | Kept on the new variant |
| Enhancement level | Kept on the new variant |
| Spirit stones | Permanently lost |
| Refine levels | Permanently lost |
This ticket changes the unique option on the piece. For example, an Attack Helmet gives Skill Damage +5%, while a Defense Helmet gives Skill Defense +5%. The base stats (Defense +150, All Stats +32, 3 sockets) stay the same on both variants.
How to Get the Armor Change Ticket
Go to NPC Tenzo at the Blazing Temple entrance:
- Quest name: "Igniel's Armor Change Ticket" (Repeatable, Level 115)
- Cost: Relic of the Flame Temple x100
- Reward: Transcendence Igniel Armor Change Ticket x1
At 100 Relics per ticket, the Armor Change Ticket is much cheaper than the Weapon Change Ticket (300 Relics).
How to Use the Ticket
- Put the Transcendence Igniel Armor Change Ticket in your inventory.
- Double-click the ticket to open the change interface.
- Place your current Igniel armor piece in the slot.
- Click "Change" to confirm.
- The piece switches to the other variant (Attack → Defense or Defense → Attack).
Which Pieces Can Be Changed
All five Igniel armor pieces can be swapped:
| Piece | Attack Variant | Defense Variant |
|---|---|---|
| Helmet | Skill Damage +5% | Skill Defense +5% |
| Armor | PvE Attack +5% | Defense +5% |
| Tasset | Damage +5% | PvE Defense +5% |
| Gauntlets | PvP Attack +5% | PvP Defense +5% |
| Boots | PvP Attack +5% | PvP Defense +5% |
Important — No Off-Hand Change Ticket
There is no Transcendence Igniel Guardian Change Ticket. You cannot swap your Igniel Shield to a Guarder or vice versa after you convert. This is a permanent choice. Before you tier up your Opaniel off-hand, decide carefully which type you want.
Shield is for Human and Elf races only. Guarder is for all races.
Quick Tips
- Remove spirit stones from your armor piece before changing. You lose them when you confirm the swap.
- If you are a hybrid build that needs both PvP and PvE stats, the Gauntlets and Boots both give PvP Attack or PvP Defense, so mixing Attack and Defense on different pieces can work.
- 100 Relics is a low cost compared to most Blazing Temple upgrades. You can afford to switch back if you change your mind.
- The ticket works on any individual armor piece. You do not need to change the whole set at once.
FAQ
Q: Can I use the Armor Change Ticket on my Shield or Guarder?
A: No. The Armor Change Ticket only works on body armor pieces (Helmet, Armor, Tasset, Gauntlets, Boots). There is no ticket for the off-hand type.
Q: Do I need a full set to use the ticket?
A: No. You can change a single armor piece at a time.
Q: Will my reinforce level be lost when I change armor variant?
A: No. Only spirit stones and refine levels are lost. Your reinforce and enhancement levels stay the same on the new variant.
Q: What is the difference between Attack and Defense Igniel armor?
A: The unique option changes per piece. Attack pieces boost offensive stats (Skill Damage, PvE Attack, Damage, PvP Attack). Defense pieces boost defensive stats (Skill Defense, Defense, PvE Defense, PvP Defense). Base stats like Defense +150 and All Stats +32 are the same on both.
