Talgath is located in Fishing Hole. This is the same area where the Elemental Dungeon entry NPCs (Elie, Ray, and Mandy) stand. Talgath is specifically the IP Mall vendor — he does not handle dungeon entry.
How to Get IP Tickets
You earn IP Tickets by spinning the Elemental Dungeon Roulette. The roulette appears:
- In the lobby before your run starts
- After every stage you clear
