Rune Change Ticket Guide — NPC Franco Fishing Hole
Picked the wrong Rune type? You can change it at any time using a Rune Change Ticket. Your Rune level carries over after the change. You do not lose any upgrade progress.
This guide explains how to change your Rune type in Rohan Online.
Where to Change Your Rune
Go to NPC Franco at the Fishing Hole. Franco handles Rune type changes using the Rune Change Ticket.
What Is a Rune Change Ticket
The Rune Change Ticket is an item that lets you select a new Rune type. One ticket equals one Rune type change.
After using the ticket, choose the new type you want. Your Rune's current + level stays the same.
How to Change Your Rune Type
- Obtain a Rune Change Ticket
- Go to the Fishing Hole
- Speak with NPC Franco
- Use the ticket and select your new Rune type
Your Rune retains its + level after the change.
Your Rune Level Is Safe
This is an important detail. The Rune keeps its upgrade level when you switch types. If you have a +5 Rune and use a ticket, you end up with a +5 Rune of the new type.
You do not need to re-upgrade after changing.
When Should You Change Your Rune Type
- Your party composition changed and your Rune now duplicates another player's type
- You want to try a different stat for your group
- You originally chose a Rune type that is now less useful
Coordinate with your party before changing. Duplicate Rune types do not stack — only the highest level applies.
Quick Tips
- NPC Franco is at the Fishing Hole
- One ticket changes your Rune type once
- Your + level carries over — you keep all upgrade progress
- Check with your party before switching to avoid duplicates
