Ronelia's Will Talisman: Stats, Sealing & Enhancement Guide
Ronelia's Will is a new endgame talisman introduced in the Chaos Update. It provides Attack, Defense, and Penetrate Damage Drop (Pen. DD) bonuses that scale with enhancement level up to +20. To use it in most content, you must first Seal it using a Limited Express Talisman Sewing Stone.

Quick Tips
- Pen. DD (Penetrate Damage Drop) starts at +5 enhancement and caps at 4% at +20
- Sealed Ronelia's Will +10 is required for the Condensed Power of Chaos recipe — plan accordingly
- On failure, the talisman drops one level (not to zero) — losses are limited
- Farm or buy multiples before attempting the hard tier (+11 to +20) to have buffer material
