The Prevention Mask is a free talisman available to every Rohanian. It is obtained by completing a short quest in your race's Capital City. Once you have it, you can enhance it for increasingly powerful bonuses.

What Is the Prevention Mask?
The Prevention Mask is a talisman slot item in Rohan Online. It cannot be traded or sealed, meaning it is personal to each character that claims it. Every race has access to it regardless of level or gear. You simply visit your capital city leader to start the quest.
How to Get the Prevention Mask
To obtain the Prevention Mask, go to your race's Capital City and speak with the city leader NPC. They will offer you the quest called "Health comes first!". Complete it to receive your Prevention Mask.

Go to the Capital City that matches your race, find the leader NPC, and start the "Health comes first!" quest. After completing it, you will receive the Prevention Mask automatically as a quest reward.
Important Notes
- The Prevention Mask cannot be traded or sealed — it is bound to your character.
- There is no level requirement to claim it.
- Each character must complete the quest individually on their race's capital city leader.
- After getting it, you can enhance it at NPC Marche in Fishing Hole.
